Appendix 3: School website requirements

All maintained schools must comply with the School Information (England) Regulations 2008, as amended in 2012 and 2016. This includes publishing and annually reviewing the following information on their websites:

  • school contact details (name, address, phone number, headteacher)
  • admission arrangements
  • Ofsted reports
  • exam and assessment results (Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4)
  • curriculum information
  • behaviour policy
  • Pupil Premium strategy
  • PE and sport premium funding
  • SEND Information Report
  • equality objectives
  • governance and financial information
  • charging and remissions policies
  • complaints procedure
  • remote education provision (if applicable)

This information must also be made available in paper format, free of charge, upon request.
