Southend-on-Sea City Council have written a Children's Short Breaks Statement for 2026/27.
The statement includes information about Community Access Grants (for families) and Main Access Grants (for organisations and groups).
Grants were open for applications between May 2026 and June 2026.
In July 2026, Southend-on-Sea City Council awarded Main Access Grant funding to 10 local organisations.
This funding enables organisations to deliver either fully funded or subsidised activities for children and young people with disabilities living in Southend-on-Sea. Some of the activities are open to the whole family.
