A Better Start Southend
A Better Start Southend (ABSS) provide sessions for parents about:
- providing your child with a nutritious diet, and healthy lifestyle information
- supporting the mental health of the whole family, as well as volunteer and peer support
- helping you with the communication and language development of your child
We focus on families with children 0 to 4 and expectant parents in the below wards:
- Kursaal
- Milton
- Shoeburyness
- Victoria
- Westborough
- West Shoebury
