We offer therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, employability support, training, environmental workshops and more.

Support for children, young people and families
- HAF Forest School Club: summer holiday activities for ages 7 to 11.
- 17 to 25's social group: a 12 week programme for young people aged 17 to 25 designed to support wellbeing, confidence and social communication through a range of enjoyable activities
- Forest School: a nature-based approach to learning encouraging children and young people to explore, discover and grow through hands-on experiences
- Thundersley Youth: a positive peer support and social group for young people aged 11 to 18
- Bouldering Together: an opportunity for young people aged 11 to 18 or up to 25 with SEND to enjoy Bouldering at Indirock in a safe, supportive environment
- Learning Together: a 12 week programme for young people aged 11 to 16 who are struggling to attend school due to their mental health and/or special educational needs
- Dig It Youth: a free seasonal outdoor activity club for young people aged 8 to 12.
- Youth Links: a positive peer support group for secondary aged young people aged 11 to 18. A range of activities are offered and provide a safe space for attendees to talk about their feelings.

- Growing Together: therapeutic gardening project

- TLC (Trust Links Counselling): affordable counselling with a student or qualified counsellor
- Healthy Mind Hub: free, welcoming spaces across Mid and South Essex where you can connect, reflect and grow
- MSE Recovery College: courses, workshops and activities to support mental health and wellbeing
- St Laurence Orchard: a quiet, peaceful space for people and wildlife
