• Transpire Southend - a voluntary community group supporting people who identify as trans
• LGBTQ+ Church Southend - A small network of Christian Community Groups in Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas that are LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming
• Southend Pride
• Trust Links - have a youth programme and are supporting a number of young people who are currently transitioning
• Southend Youth Council have a LGBTQ+ Officer. They have also produced a LGBTQ+ Resource pack for schools
• Brook Southend - providing a range of sexual health services
