Since September 2020 the EHC needs assessment process has been undertaken using the Education Health and Care (EHC) Hub.
The accessibility of information on the EHC Hub makes the annual review process transparent for families and professionals. It also prevents parent carers and children and young people from having to repeat their story numerous times.
