The Education Health and Care (EHC) Hub is a digital platform for families, professionals and education settings to contribute and collaborate on Education Health and Care (EHC) assessments, Education Health and Care Plans and Annual Reviews. The Hub aims to streamline processes and provide users with an open, transparent system that engages parents, carers, settings and professionals.
