The Education Health and Care (EHC) Hub is a digital platform for families, professionals and education settings. It enables them to contribute and collaborate on:
- Education Health and Care (EHC) assessments
- Education Health and Care Plans
- Annual Reviews
The Hub aims to:
- streamline processes
- give users with an open, transparent system that engages parents, carers, settings and professionals
