We bring young adults aged 18 to 40 with profound and multiple learning disabilities, life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their carers together through free, inclusive, and enriching experiences — from music therapy and art sessions to exciting away days.
Our mission is to reduce isolation, build community, and offer every young adult the chance to thrive.
Js day events
Our monthly Js Days are at the heart of what we do. Held in fully accessible venues across Essex, these 3-hour sessions bring young adults together for creative therapies, entertainment, and connection.
Members attend with their carers — and every activity is designed to be safe, inclusive, and full of fun.
Js away days
Our Js Away Days offer something a little different — fully-funded group outings that bring new experiences, smiles, and a sense of adventure.
Away Days are open to all Js members and their carers, helping families make special memories in a safe, supported environment.

At every Js Day and Away Day, we create time and opportunities for carers to:
