The service is available to any family living in Southend with a child under 11, or a baby on the way.
Some of the services available:
- Navigators are available Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday 10.30am to 3pm via phone, livechat and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram. Contact details.
