Description

No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services.

Support is available online and at the SNAP Centre in Brentwood which has specialist facilities includng a multi-sensory room, specialist IT suite, and small soft play area. Support includes:

  • a helpline
  • a specialist library
  • an online service directory
  • a range of activities for children and young people with additional needs and/or disabilities aged 0 to 25, siblings and parent carers
