Where you have questions about your child's health and development, our Clinical Duty Team can help.
If your child requires further support or assessment, we will inform your local health visiting team so that this can be organised.

Please note: Our line is busy during the day, which means you may have to leave us a voicemail with your query.
Please include:
- your name or your child's name
- date of birth
- postcode
This way we can locate your health record and call you back as soon as we are able. We aim to return all voicemails:
- on the same working day
- the following morning if you call us late in the afternoon
We currently operate Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am to 5pm.
