Childrens Single Point of Contact Team using the Southend Children's Services Portal
Emergency Duty Team on 0845 606 1212 out of hours, or
Essex Police in an emergency on 999.
Southend also has a Local Safeguarding Children's Board (LSCB) the co-ordinates safeguarding and the welfare of children within the borough.
