We offer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, supporting swimmers at every stage of their aquatic journey.
We are committed to developing our SEND swimming programme and currently deliver five 30 minute sessions across 3 pools for children aged 4 plus, with lessons taking place in our smaller teaching pools and one session operating within a dedicated area of the main pool at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre.
Lessons are available for all ages and any swimming ability.
We would like to increase awareness of the support already available by showcasing our existing provision to local communities, schools, and partner organisations.
Through this engagement, we hope to better understand demand and expand our programme to provide more opportunities for both children and adults with additional needs to access swimming and aquatic activity in a safe, supportive environment.

All sessions are 30 minutes long.
Sessions run on the following days and times:
- Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre – Tuesdays 6.15pm and Wednesdays 5.45pm
- Shoeburyness Leisure Centre – Tuesdays 5.30pm and Fridays 4.30pm
- Belfairs Swim Centre – Mondays 6pm

Adult membership:
- Schedule: The program runs for 50 weeks each year, with a 2 week break over Christmas
- Membership Fee: £34 per month, collected via direct debit on the 1st of each month
- Joining Fee: A one off £20 fee applies when signing up
- Cancellation Policy: We require one month's notice for cancellations
- What's Included: You will receive a 30 minute swimming lesson each week
