Online coding and game development clubs for children aged 6 to 16.
Children build their own games in Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft and Python, in live sessions of no more than 6 children with the same named mentor each week. There is also a self-paced option with no fixed session time, for children who cannot manage a set weekly slot.
Being online removes most of what children with SEND find hardest about a club: the journey, the noise and the crowded room.
Cameras and microphones are always optional and children can type in the chat instead of speaking. Mentors follow the child's lead rather than pushing them through a fixed lesson, which suits children with a demand avoidant profile in particular.
Sessions are suitable for children who enjoy games and computers, and it works particularly well for neurodivergent children. More than a third of our members are autistic or have ADHD, based on what parents tell us when they join.
No referral, diagnosis or assessment is needed, and there is no waiting list.
All mentors are enhanced-DBS checked and trained in supporting neurodivergent children, and we hold the National Autistic Society's Autism Inclusion Award (2025).

Every child starts with a free taster session. Membership is rolling with 30 days notice, and there is nothing to buy beyond a computer and an internet connection.

Live club sessions run after school on weekday evenings and at weekends, in weekly one-hour slots.
The self-paced Game Dev Academy is available at any time, all year round.
