Exceptional Individuals is a registered social enterprise that provides employment and career support for neurodivergent adults aged 18 plus across the UK.
We support individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette's syndrome and other neurodivergences. You do not need an official diagnosis to access our services.
Support includes career coaching, CV support, mentoring, online workshops, a neurodiverse jobs board and advice around Access to Work.
We also help employers become disability confident, offering neurodiversity workshops, recruitment services, neurodiversity audits, advice and more.

Employment and career support for neurodivergent jobseekers is free to access, including career coaching, CV support, online workshops, the neurodiverse jobs board and guidance around Access to Work.
Exceptional Individuals also offers separate paid services to employers, including neurodiversity training, workplace audits, recruitment support and Disability Confident guidance.
