Day care centre for young adults and a four room respite care facility in the heart of the conservation area, close to the sea front and centre of Southend.
We have the ability to offer respite care alongside day care for students with a wide range of disabilities, including those who require nursing or personal care, have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments.
The day care centre offers day care and respite whilst promoting life skills, equality of opportunity and inclusion.
The disability respite care centre has four rooms, each with accessible en suite shower rooms with w.c.'s and a bedroom. Three of the four rooms have ceiling track hoists for those guests that need a little extra help and staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide necessary assistance and care.
Disability respite care can be booked alongside day care, or as a stand alone arrangement, for periods as short as a single night, or for any longer period that you require.
