The Affinity Programme is a targeted early intervention project working across all of Essex, including Southend, for children and young people who are at risk of exclusion from education due to emotional dysregulation.
The programme provides support to children and young people (from 5 up to their 16th birthday), their family and their school.
This is an NHS England Vanguard service commissioned, through Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, on behalf of the Department of Health and Justice at NHS England. It is run by HCRG Care Group.
