A safe, neurodivergent-friendly community for young people and adults (aged 11 to 30) across Essex.
We support individuals with Autism, ADHD, social anxiety, or those who feel they need a safe, inclusive community to build social confidence.
Programmes:
Step Out Teens (for ages 11 to 17) - a fun, safe and welcoming space for young people to build confidence and make friends in Rayleigh.
Young Adults Group (for ages 18 to 30) - a relaxed, peer-led community where you can be yourself without judgement.
The catch-up - a relaxed evening to connect and chat with others who "get it".

Most of our social catch-ups have a small fee (for example, £5) to help cover venue costs. However, we aim to keep our sessions as accessible as possible. Check specific programme details for costs.
