Support for unpaid carers aged 18 plus:
If you're an unpaid carer, aged 18 and over, supporting someone in Southend-on-Sea, we're here to help with online help and advice, as well as practical and emotional support.
Remember, you don't have to wait until crisis point before asking for help, the earlier you ask the bigger difference it can make.
We also provide a range of online and local in-person groups and activities.
Support for young carers:
Our young carer service supports young people aged 5 to 18 who are in a caring role. The service offers support and the opportunity to have a break from the caring role and meet others who are in a similar situation.
