Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.

Online and telephone support service available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Support group for adult siblings of autistic people:
If you are an adult who has an autistic brother or sister you can join the online peer support group sessions. Sessions are led by a trained Sibs volunteer and provide an opportunity to meet others who just "get" what sibling life is like.
Sessions run from 7pm to 8.30pm. Visit the website for session dates and topics, where you can also view and download guides relating to previous sessions.
