SAVS are excited to announce the launch of the Southend Volunteer Hub, which makes it easier than ever for you to become a local star and find volunteering opportunities that enable you to be the change that you want to see in your community. SAVS will support you on this journey by linking you up with a range of organisations that do wonderful work across Southend. With a wide range of opportunities, you can discover roles that match your interests, fit into your lifestyle and align with your passions.
There are many great reasons to become a volunteer with roles often leading to full-time, paid positions following successful volunteer placements. Some of the ways that volunteering can help you are by providing access to free training, improving your wellbeing, gaining experience and much more.
