We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives in Southend.

Our services include:

  • helping with initial Universal Credit claims
  • filling in of PIP and DLA forms
  • preparing simple wills
  • help with Powers of Attorney
  • dealing with mortgage shortfall, bankruptcy etc
  • help with Immigration and nationality issues
  • housing, tenancy issues and homeless issues

Our offices are wheelchair accessible, we have handrails throughout and we have a hearing loop available.
