Neurodivergent Safe Space is a free community support group for Neurodivergent (Autistic/PDA/ADHD) teens and young people (aged 13 to 21 years) who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
We are a very relaxed group where ND teens and young adults can relax, be themselves, and hang out with each other. We run activities every week.
