RAD offer an Information, Advice and Guidance for deaf and hard of hearing people living in Southend.
Face-to-face appointments are available every Friday between 10am and 4pm at Southend Citizen Advice, 1 Church Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2AL.
RAD can support with:
- Filling in forms for benefits
- Translating English to BSL
- Making telephone calls
- Understanding bills
- Contacting your council
- Signposting to specialist services
