What is HAF?

We are looking forward to delivering another successful Holiday Activity and Food programme this Winter. The programme will run for 4 days between 21 December to 29 December 2023. Eligible families will be able to book up to a maximum of 4 sessions and only attend one club per day.

If your child is eligible, you will receive a unique "HAF" code from your child's school by email or text from the 23 November 2023. Once you have received your HAF code you will be able to book your sessions through the link on our providers directory.

Important information about your HAF bookings

Due to the number of children and young people not turning up to their booked HAF sessions, other eligible children miss out on the opportunity to attend a holiday club and receive a meal. HAF Providers have turned away families and had already prepared meals.

Therefore, any child that is booked onto more than one session or activity on a single day or doesn't attend two booked sessions without cancelling or notifying the provider, we will cancel the remaining bookings. This will enable other child/ren to be offered the place(s) and reduce food waste. You can find out how to cancel your booking on our Frequently Asked Questions.
