We want Southend-on-Sea City Council services to be excellent, and we value the feedback of our residents.

In some cases, you may have a comment about how you think we should improve, or you may wish to compliment a team or a person on the service you have received.

It's nice to know when we're getting things right, and that people are happy with our services. We will record your compliment and then share it with the individual or team that you are complimenting. Compliments are also shared with senior managers who congratulate the staff involved.

We also welcome hearing your views and ideas. We will record your comments and let you know if we use them to improve our services.

We also know that things can go wrong, and you may wish to make a complaint.
