Grants of up to £10,000 are available for groups/organisations to provide short breaks for disabled children and young people.
Applications for Short Breaks Main Access Grants (for groups and organisations) open once a year.
Applications opened on 2 April 2024 and will close at midnight on 30 April 2024. Decisions will be made shortly thereafter, and funding awarded by 17 May 2024 pending all supporting documentation received.

Round 1 of Community Access Grants for parent carers (2024/25) will only open pending approvals/awards of the Main Access Grants. Communication updates will be available by 10 May 2024. Community Access Grant applications will not be accepted at this time.
