Following news of the 3-year extension of the HAF programme, the Southend-on-Sea City Council Procurement team are running a face-to-face session for potential providers
We will be holding a HAF drop-in session on Wednesday 16 September 2026 from 1pm to 3pm at Shoeburyness Youth and Community Centre, 202 Delaware Road, Shoeburyness SS3 9NS.
This session is intended for providers who require support with using the Proactis system. Please note that we will not be offering advice or guidance on the content of your tender response but can answer general questions. Please bring your laptop for technical support.
You do not need to confirm your attendance; you are welcome to come along anytime during the session.
