Brook Southend are changing their opening hours!
We're making changes to our opening hours so we can better meet patient demand and provide a more efficient service when it's busiest.
Our new opening times will be:

| Monday | 9am to 5pm |
| Tuesday | 10am to 6pm |
| Wednesday | 9am to 5pm |
| Thursday | 10am to 6pm |
| Friday | 9am to 5pm |
| Saturday | 10am to 3pm |
These new hours will take effect from Wednesday 1st July 2026.
This change will help us to:
- better support you during our busiest times
- improve team coverage so we can provide a higher standard of care
- offer a more consistent and reliable service
