The Lighthouse Child Development Centre want your views on the operating times of their Autism Duty Line
For the attention of parents/carers accessing care from the Lighthouse Child Development Centre:
Following a recent review of service usage and staff capacity, we are looking to make some adjustments to our Autism Duty Line. We would like to ensure that our offer efficiently meet the needs of our service users accessing advice and support from the Developmental and Behavioural Advisors, whether you are waiting for your child's assessment or have already received a diagnostic outcome from our Autism pathway.
Currently, we are offering our Duty Line on Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 5:30pm. Our proposed change would be: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
We would like to gain some feedback to inform the decision process in making these changes.
