The Learning Disability and Autism Health Equalities (Commissioning) Team are reviewing the Children's Learning Disability Service - a service available to children and young people aged 5 to 18 who have a diagnosed moderate to severe learning disability and behaviours that challenge, who live in Southend, Essex or Thurrock.
This health-based service is due for renewal in 2028 and to help with decisions about the new contract, the Team would like to hear from you.
