Join us for Armed Forces Day in Southend-on-Sea
On Saturday 28th June 2025 from 10am to 4pm, we invite everyone to Southend High Street to honour and celebrate our Armed Forces – past, present, and future.
The day begins with our traditional parade at 10am, followed by a moving open-air service of thanksgiving at Victoria Plaza.
This year, we also mark the 80th anniversaries of VE and VJ Days, with commemorations and activities throughout the day along the High Street.
Whether you're a resident, visitor, veteran, or supporter, come and show your appreciation for the incredible service and sacrifice of our armed forces.
