Be part of next years 'Window Wanderland' display. The first in a series of four free seasonal workshops to create a magnificent colorful artwork telling the story of 'A year in Southend'.
To contribute to the city wide annual 'Window Wanderland' display, a series of four seasonal workshops have been programmed to enable you to contribute your designs with the aim of filling Prittlewell Priory visitors center with a magnificent 'Stained glass window' made from tissues and films. The workshops are free and open to everybody that wishes to attend. You can reserve a seat or just pop along if the mood takes you. All materials are provided. At each session you can create a 'panel' that represents the season or whatever you have been up to and at the end of the year they will all be displayed together to tell the story of 'A year in Southend'. The Spring workshop is on Thursday 29th May, the Summer workshop is on Thursday 21st August, the Autumn workshop is on Thursday 30th October and the last workshop of the year is on Saturday 20th December.
