Description

S-Well is a free emotional wellbeing service for schools in Southend. It is a preventative and early intervention service.

We are part of the Southend-on-Sea City Council Educational Psychology Service and were created directly in response to what schools, parents, and staff told us they needed most: earlier help, practical strategies, and a focus on resilience and wellbeing.

Our team is made up of nine Assistant Educational Psychologists (AEPs), working under the supervision of qualified Chartered Senior Educational Psychologist Kate Busch.

Together, we provide a joined-up offer for pupils, staff, and parents.
