Club providing sporting activities for people with learning disabilities aged 13 years and above.
A wide variety of sports are on offer including football, short tennis and use of the fitness suite. The group also go swimming on the first Saturday of every month and visit a range of venues for events including archery, ten pin bowling, pitch and putt golf and karoake.

The group meet every Saturday afternoon between 2 and 4pm. The majority of sessions take place at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre (twice a month), but other venues are visited.
