In partnership with Indirock, we are providing complimentary bouldering sessions for children and young individuals who are neurodivergent and/or have disabilities.
Bouldering is climbing made fun and accessible. No ropes, just soft mats, colour, movemement and fun!
These sessions can benefit children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, such as Autism and ADHD, who may struggle with social and emotional communication, self-regulation, and executive functions. Bouldering can help build motor skills, co-ordination, balance, core strength, and self-confidence, enhancing their overall well-being.
Our friendly Indirock instructors and STRM team create a safe, welcoming space where children and young people can thrive and parents feel supported.
All climbing equipment is included (instructor, shoes, chalk).
