Social and therapeutic community garden project for adults with mental health problems and learning disabilities at our one acre award winning Community Garden located on the corner of Fairfax Drive and Prittlewell Chase.
Activities include garden maintanence, seed sowing, building work, cooking, vocational training, art, music, yoga relaxation, external trips, woodwork, peer support.
The project improves physical and mental health, knowledge and skills in horticulture, social inclusion and quality of life.
