As part of the Southend City Council HAF Programme, this camp is FREE for those in receipt of Benefits related free school meals. Simply register on eequ booking site where you will be identified as eligible to secure your HAF place.
Please note: To avoid non-attendance, we will email parents the morning of the day prior to each event whereby they will need to simply state that they will be attending the next day. If parents do not state that their child will be attending, their child's place will be cancelled at 7pm and offered to

If your child requires any medication, please communicate this with Active Academy prior to booking, this includes asthma pumps. Please bring a water bottle.

If your child has any additional needs, please contact us where we can discuss how best to support them during the holiday club. Active Academy is run by school teachers who have many years' experience supporting children with additional needs.
